Так, контролювати стан міоми допомагає регулярне гінекологічне обстеження, включаючи УЗД органів малого таза. Раз на рік треба відвідувати лікаря і це обов'язково. Також важливим методом є ПАП-тест (цитологічне дослідження мазка), який дозволяє виявити аномальні клітини шийки матки. Він не діагностує міому, але допомагає виключити інші проблеми, наприклад, передракові стани чи інфекції.

Але тітка каже, що їй треба кожен рік проходити УЗД для контролю, це точно треба робити? Чи існують ще якісь специфічні аналізи, чи обстеження, які допомагають контролювати ситуацію?
І ще - як можна вчасно помітити можливі ускладнення?

Поки, що без паніки. У більшості випадків міома не перероджується у злоякісну пухлину. Однак, існують рідкісні випадки, коли на її фоні може розвинутися саркома матки, але це трапляється не часто. Головна небезпека міоми – це її вплив на репродуктивне здоров'я, ризик анемії через рясні менструації, біль у малому тазу і можливі проблеми із зачаттям.
Адже міома матки – це доброякісне утворення, а не рак.

Моєї тітки лікар поставив діагноз - міома матки. Хто знає чи може вона з часом перерости в злоякісну пухлину? Чула різні думки – одні кажуть, що міома не пов’язана з онкологією, інші – що вона може бути небезпечною. Хотілося б зрозуміти, які ризики вона несе для здоров'я жінки і чи потрібно терміново лікувати її, якщо вона особо не турбує.
