Ну може в них раніше були такі проблеми, бо зараз ніби нормально. Скільки разів замовляла зі Штатів і Англії, то все приходило швидко і без ніяких труднощів.

а я не люблю міст :crazy:

більше того, я їх тихо ненавиджу, бо вони загубили дуже-дуже важливі речі через власну недбалість.
а потім ще й заставляли, ну як заставляли, наполягали, щоб я вирішувала це питання. дівчата, скажу чесно, поки я не викричалася на Володимира, питання з місця не зрушилося. а я дуже не люблю "розборок" в такому дусі. мені було дуже неприємно. при цьому я сказала, що більше ні з ким з їх команди говорити не буду, і хай тільки попробує мене зараз переключити. певно я була дуже зла, бо не переключили, прислали вибачення і вже за тиждень зробили все як треба (загубленого це не повернуло, але хоч щось)

хоча, якщо ніколи ще не мали справу з міжнародними відправленнями, то краще починати з моста. вони добрий старт, після них до всіх інших ставишся спокійно і з витримкою удава.

Мені закордонні посилки вони швиденько привозять. Як прийде смс що є на складі, то деколи за пару годин вже додому привозять.

TaniaPicaSSo Користувалася Мостом вже дуже багато разів. Мені подобається. Досить швидко, все чітко і якісно. Проблем з їхнього боку майже не було. Зазвичай, доставка на наступний день після того, як прийшло на склад. Мені переважно доставляли під вечір. Зручно, бо привозять під двері. Працюють до пізнього вечора. Одного разу навіть кур'єр на велосипеді посилку привіз :ha:

В онлайн-чаті в них на сайті можна вирішити всі нюанси. Плюс можуть дати номер кур'єра, для оперативнішого зв'язку і тоді конкретно з ним домовитися, що і коли. Ну і смс-інформування про рух вантажу в них постійно, деколи аж забагато :ha:

А, ну тоді зрозуміло, якщо сьогодні приїхало на склад, значить розвозитимуть завтра (ну або післязавтра, бо завтра певно вихідний). Просто думала, що якщо ще зранку посилка на складі, то до вечора можна було і доставити.
