Я пробувала носити доню в слінгу з кільцями здається від 6 міс ( а може раніше :confused: ), то як на світ народилась. Ні спина , ні руки не боліли. Потім оділа слінг-шарф, теж було добре носити, але мені було довго закручувати :pardon: , тому купили ерго рюкзак. В ерго носити класно ( правда на спині не пробувала, доня чомусь боїться), і застібати легко. Зараз доня важить 14 кг + одяг, то ерго ношу рідко. Беру, коли знаю, що ідемо на довго або захоче спати. Тоді спина трохи поболює. Але думаю то від ваги, а не від носіння в ерго, бо коли на руках несу, то болять ще й руки :hi: .

звитчайно, що спочатку може боліти спина - ви ж навантажуєте нові мязи. ми знайомому подарували ерго, ну і він свого "колобочка" перший раз одразу на 4 години "вдягнув" (дитьо вснуло і він боявся розбудити) :hi: після такого спина боліла. але з енним разом звикається. я зараз часто ношу в ерго свого малого ( 10 кг) по 4-5 годин - після такого спина трохи відчувається, але менше ніж вдома за годину, коли він десяток разів вилізе-злізе з рук :pardon:
але потрібно пробувати, але поступово. головне бажання :yes:

моє чудо мале більше 6-ти кг. ношу слінг-шарф і ваги зовсім не відчуваю! все гарно розприділяється на плечі і поясницю!

Olyana Тут знавців по слінгах є багато, думаю, проведуть вам повноцінний лікбез :wink: На руки дійсно легше, особливо якщо дитинку треба багато носити. Щодо спини, то в мене особисто спочатку спина трохи боліла (мова йде про ерго-рюкзак). Чи то від непривички, чи неправильно одягала/дитину садила... Але потім пройшло. Загалом, штука корисна і помічна.
